Urn with large symmetrical panels that have elaborate details of leaves and tendrils. The carving lets the beautiful rosewood grain patterns shine through. Artisans sculpt each urn by hand, adding a rustic look to each of them. Each urn is unique.

The deep central opening of this Rosewood urn with carving details is large enough to hold an adult’s cremains.  Additionally, this urn can become a memory box holding important mementos.  The urn has strong brass hinges and a sturdy construction that ensures a tight closure.

Rosewood:  Usually known as Sheesham, our rosewood urns are made with wood from sustainably grown trees from plantations in India.  The timber is extremely dense and rot resistant making it ideal for cabinetry and carving.  This wood has a strong, sweet smell, which persists for many years, hence the name Rosewood.
