2. Business Eligibility Requirements

To open a wholesale account, applicants must:

• Be a registered business operating within a relevant industry
• Provide a valid Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) or equivalent business registration (for international customers)
• Submit accurate and complete business information during registration
• Bogati Urns reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify business status.

3. Account Approval Process

All customers must create an account through our website.

Once submitted, our team will review the application to determine eligibility. Accounts may be approved or denied at our discretion based on alignment with our wholesale criteria. Customers will be notified once their account has been reviewed.

4. Account Structure & Access

Each business is assigned one primary company account, which may include:

• Multiple locations/addresses under the same account
• Multiple authorized users (staff emails) who can place orders on behalf of the company

The registered business is responsible for all activity conducted under its account.

5. Login & Account Access

Access to your account is managed via email-based login:

• Your email address serves as your login
• No password is required
• A secure one-time 6-digit code is sent to your email each time you log in
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure authorized users have access to the registered email accounts.

6. Wholesale Model & Dropshipping Policy

Bogati Urns operates primarily as a traditional wholesale supplier, not a dropshipping provider.

• Orders are generally intended to be shipped to the purchasing business location
• Limited dropshipping may be approved on a case-by-case basis
• Approved dropshippers may have:
  • Restricted access to certain products
  • Limited access to product images or marketing content
  • Different pricing or terms

Bogati Urns reserves the right to modify or revoke dropshipping privileges at any time.

7. International Customers & Shipping Restrictions

We proudly serve businesses worldwide. However:

Certain products, particularly wood-based items, may be subject to export restrictions depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations, duties, and taxes.

If a product cannot be shipped to your location, our team will notify you and provide alternatives when possible.

8. Resale & Marketplace Restrictions

Products purchased from Bogati Urns are intended for resale through the buyer’s own business channels.

Reselling on third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, etc.) is not permitted without prior written authorization.

Failure to comply may result in:

• Eligibility for promotions or rewards programs
• Billing terms and payment structures
• Shipping or fulfillment processes

FPG partner accounts may be excluded from certain programs, including but not limited to the Bogati Points reward program and select promotional offers.
