Cremains are carefully and respectfully infused into the glass during the creation process, resulting in a one-of-a-kind memorial piece that captures both light and memory. Each pendant comes with a silk ribbon as shown in the picture.

Each pendant is individually created upon order, making them a deeply personal and meaningful tribute. Because of this careful design process, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for completion.

After placing your order through Bogati Urns, you will receive an Ash Collection Kit that includes:

• A pre-addressed USPS Express/Overnight envelope (required by federal regulations for shipping cremains)
• A secure vial to contain the cremains [The vial will be clearly marked with the order number and the name of the funeral home placing the order for security reasons].
• Instructions and guidelines on how to proceed with your order.

You'll need to send the beloved one cremains back to start working in your piece. Please note: You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with sending the cremains to the address indicated in the kit.
